Who We Are
Sam Lodh
Solicitor and Principal
Sam qualified as an economist before joining the legal profession as a Solicitor in 1990. He has previously worked at Freeth Cartwright LLP and Brittan & Co before joining and heading the Corporate and Commercial department at Fraser Brown Solicitors. Sam advises principally on corporate, commercial contracts, commercial property and finance, IT and intellectual property law matters.
Babul Miah
Solicitor
Babul has been practicing as a Solicitor since 2004. He is a Member of the
Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. Predominantly handling road traffic accidents, accidents at work, slip
and trips and Criminal Injury Compensation Authority Claims. Babul also advises on employment, contract, debt
and property disputes. He also deals with immigration matters including VISA and Entry Clearance applications.

Rebecca Morcos
Senior Paralegal
Rebecca has a background in modern languages and literature having previously worked as a freelance writer and
translator before completing her Graduate Diploma in Law in 2013. Rebecca went on to work as an OISC Level 1
Immigration Adviser and is currently a Graduate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. Rebecca
specialises in immigration and family law dealing with all aspects of the application process from Entry
Clearance through to Citizenship in addition to applications for EEA nationals and assists in a broad range of
family matters including divorce and private child proceedings.

Guillermina Gandarillas López
Paralegal
Guillermina (Mina, as she is affectionately known) completed her LLB (Hons) Business Law and LPC in Sheffield.
Guillermina has since gained experience working in a range of different law firms before joining Larkman Lodh
where she provides support and assists with casework across a range of matters including personal injury and
immigration with a focus on wills and probate. Guillermina is fluent in English and Spanish.
